Drake Surprises 11-Year-Old Heart Transplant In Chicago

Drake recently had to cancel his 3rd show in Chicago. But he took the time to visit Sofia Sanchez who is and 11-year old patient at Lurie Children’s Hospital. Sofia is a heart transplant patient who has been waiting for a new heart for several weeks.

Drake granted her wish a stopped by to visit her and take selfies with Sofia. This is a great moment and shows Drake is a great guy. Check out the footage of Drake surprising Sofia above.
