TikTok and WeChat Expected To Be Removed from App Stores Starting Sunday
The Trump administration is moving forward with their restrictions towards TikTok and WeChat. TikTok has become a popular destination for new young creators and President Trump has come after the app due security concerns. Same thing goes for WeChat since is owned by a parent Chinese company.
This means starting Sunday new users won’t be able to download the app and updates will not be available. Also, U.S. companies have a November 12 deadline to complete a deal to either buy TikTok or a mergers. Bad news for TikTok fanatics.
