Unexpected Twists in 2023 College Football Playoff as Michigan, Washington, Texas, and Alabama Shake Up the Rankings
It was an intense Sunday for Florida State fans. They came undefeated to the CFP selection Sunday and they were left off the final four playoff teams. The 2023 College Football Playoff committee selected No. 1 Michigan, No. 2 Washington, No. 3 Texas and No. 4 Alabama.
Alabama sneaks in and gets selected despite losing once this season to Texas at home. Many can make the argument that Florida State deserved a spot in the final four but the committee saw it differently.
