Apple Introduces iPhone Air, AirPods 3, and More at September Event
Apple Event Overview (2025)
Every September, Apple takes center stage to unveil its latest products, and once again, the announcement set the internet on fire, building on the anticipation set during the lead-up to the event, which you can revisit here. Major influencers packed the showcase to highlight Apple’s newest lineup, sparking the usual mix of excitement, criticism, and memes. The reality is, smartphones may have reached a point where innovation feels more refined than revolutionary. Today’s iPhone is less about reinventing the wheel and more about evolving as a tool for content creation and everyday use, .specially with updates like iOS 26 and its Liquid Glass design. Apple continues to push forward with improvements in camera technology, battery life, and processing power. While some may call these upgrades “incremental,” they still define the direction of the modern smartphone market.
iPhone Air Highlights
This year’s headliner is the all-new iPhone Air, an impressively thin model powered by the A19 Pro chip with a 6-core CPU, 18MP Center Stage front camera, and all-day battery life. Starting at $999, the iPhone Air is positioned as a powerful yet more accessible option — an ideal fit for creators or business users looking for performance without jumping to the top-tier Pro line.
iPhone 17 Pro & Pro Max Features
Alongside it, Apple revealed the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max, their most advanced models yet. Both devices feature the A19 Pro chip and redesigned bodies. The biggest leap is in photography, with upgraded front and rear cameras, including Apple’s longest telephoto lens ever: an equivalent 200 mm focal length with next-generation tetraprism design and a 56% larger sensor.
