‘Beetlejuice’ Returns: Watch the Official Trailer

Beetlejuice returns after 36 years. The long-awaited sequel to the classic film will see the Deetz family returning home to Winter River, Connecticut, for Tim Burton’s Beetlejuice Beetlejuice.

Winona Ryder returns as Lydia Deetz, who now has a daughter, Astrid, played by Jenna Ortega. Michael Keaton returns as the legendary Beetlejuice, and Catherine O’Hara returns as Lydia’s mother, Delia. The film centers on the Deetz family, who, after experiencing a tragedy, return to the house Lydia abandoned decades earlier. Astrid discovers the same model of the town in the attic, accidentally reopening a portal to the afterlife.

The trailer and cast seem promising. This might get people back in the theaters for the Halloween season. Check out the trailer above.
