Here’s The Official Trailer For ‘Joker: Folie À Deux’

The end of Summer is nearing and fans are patiently waiting for the follow-up to 2019’s Academy Award-winning Joker film from Todd Phillips. Today, Warner Bros. Pictures unveiled the official trailer for Joker: Folie À Deux, starring Joaquin Phoenix and Lady Gaga.

The Joker was a huge success, earning over $1 billion at the global box office and remaining the highest-grossing R-rated film ever. In the sequel, Arthur Fleck is institutionalized at Arkham, awaiting trial for his crimes as the Joker. As he grapples with his dual identity, Arthur discovers true love and unearths the music that’s always been within him. This seems to be more of a musical, but with this cast and Todd Phillips’ vision we expect to see another classic. The film is scheduled to hit theaters in the U.S. October 4th and you can check out the trailer above.
