Monday Night Football: Dallas Cowboys vs Las Vegas Raiders Preview + Odds
Week 11 closes with the Cowboys and Raiders facing off in a matchup that once looked promising but now features two teams heading in opposite directions. Dallas still hopes to stay alive in the Wild Card race, while Las Vegas leans on rookie Ashton Jeanty as their season slips away.
Cowboys vs Raiders: Week 11 Game Overview
Sunday’s Week 11 slate delivered plenty of action across the NFL, and it wraps up with a matchup between the 3-5-1 Dallas Cowboys and the 2-7 Las Vegas Raiders. Back in Week 1, this looked like a game with real potential, but both teams have taken very different turns. Dallas sits nearly five games out of first place in the NFC East, still clinging to Wild Card hopes, while the Raiders are already shifting their focus toward the 2025 NFL Draft sitting in last place of the AFC West.
The Pete Carroll–Geno Smith experiment hasn’t panned out the way Vegas hoped, even with rookie standout Ashton Jeanty flashing big-time upside. With the Cowboys’ defense struggling all season, Jeanty should have opportunities to put up yards on the ground. On the other side, Dak Prescott has been explosive, and it’s hard to see the Raiders having enough firepower to keep up. Dallas should control this one if they play clean football and come out of Las Vegas with a win.
