UNINTERRUPTED Productions has put together a new film titled The Carter Effect, which looks back at the early days of his career and the massive cultural impact he had. The documentary features appearances from Drake, Steve Nash, Boi-1da, Kardinal Offishall, David Stern, and more. The Carter Effect is set to premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival next month.
