Thundercat Drops “She Knows Too Much” Video Featuring Mac Miller
Thundercat releases “She Knows Too Much,” an unreleased collaboration with Mac Miller. The track arrives alongside an animated video ahead of his upcoming album Distracted.
Thundercat and Mac Miller collaborated on numerous occasions before Mac’s tragic passing, including his unforgettable 2018 Tiny Desk performance. Thundercat has previously spoken about the vault of unreleased material they created together, and now, as he prepares to release his upcoming album Distracted, he unveils a previously unheard track titled “She Knows Too Much.”
Thundercat revealed that the song was unfinished when Mac passed away, but with the help of producer Greg Kurstin, the record was carefully completed and brought to life. Alongside the groovy, soulful track, Thundercat shares an animated visual directed by Léa Esmaili that beautifully reflects both the song’s style and their enduring friendship. Watch the video above.
