A24 Drops Full Trailer for Elizabeth Holmes Documentary ‘You Can See Everything’

A24 has dropped the full trailer for Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim’s Elizabeth Holmes documentary You Can See Everything, hitting theaters October 16 after generating major buzz at Telluride.

The Three-Year Journey Behind the Documentary

It’s been over three years since Elizabeth Holmes began serving her 11-year, 3-month sentence at the minimum-security Federal Prison Camp Bryan in Texas. Her case, and how she managed to fool so many people, remains one of the most fascinating stories of this generation. Her confidence, her voice, her Steve Jobs-style attire — she stood out and genuinely impressed people. But it was too good to be true, and now A24 has assembled a three-year filming journey into a new documentary titled You Can See Everything. This adds to the story already told in The Dropout, which premiered on Hulu back in 2022.

The documentary is directed by Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim, who spent years embedded with Holmes to capture this raw footage, beginning just 34 days before she reported to prison. The film premiered as a secret screening at the Telluride Film Festival earlier this month to rave reviews and instant awards-season buzz, and it’s since been added to the New York Film Festival’s Spotlight lineup, where it’ll screen September 30. After an unsettling teaser went viral, A24 has now dropped the full trailer — and it’s just as strange, leaning hard into the mystery surrounding Holmes as she insists, even now, that she did nothing wrong. We have a feeling this one’s going to be a great watch, but people will have to catch it in theaters when it releases October 16.
