Argentina Beats Canada In Semis To Advance To Advance To Second Straight Copa America Final

It’s not much of a surprise here. Argentina beat Canada 2-0 to advance to their second straight Copa America, with goals from Julian Alvarez (22′) and Lionel Messi (51′). Argentina has been a favorite since the tournament opened. They won their group, and their path to the final has been sort of easy, some will say. Most of their Qatar World Cup lineup was called again for Argentina, and their goalie, Dibu Martinez, has been outstanding for them this tournament.
