Nike Kobe 4 Protro “Philly” Official Images

Nike and Kobe‘s estate is doing a great job with retroing his classic hooping sneakers. Nike was able to make some very good designs for the late Kobe to play in and they were also very popular amongst street ballers.

Now it appears that legendary “Philly” Nike Kobe 4 Protro is set to return this Summer. The sneaker, drawing inspiration from the colors of Philadelphia, showcases a predominantly blue color palette, accented by a white and red Swoosh logo adorning the sides and star graphics embellishing the ankle collar. A crisp white “Zoom Air” cushioned midsole and corresponding outsole round off the design, culminating in a polished aesthetic. This was a very popular in the streets when it dropped in 2009 and anyone who admires Kobe or the aesthetics of the shoe will be happy to re-stock on another pair.
