Nike has officially unveiled the Nike Vapor 12 Hypersmash “Mag,” a tennis shoe inspired by the legendary Back to the Future Nike Mag, complete with nostalgic colors and modern performance technology.

The legendary Nike Mag is making its way to the tennis court. While fans won’t be getting self-lacing technology, Nike is giving its performance lineup a nostalgic twist with the Nike Vapor 12 Hypersmash “Mag.”
The tennis shoe borrows the iconic muted grey color palette from the original Back to the Future Part II sneaker while incorporating vibrant blue, orange, and yellow accents inspired by the Mag’s signature illuminated details. The tongue branding even features the classic orange-to-yellow gradient that longtime fans will instantly recognize.
The “Mag” theme is nothing new for Nike, as it previously appeared on the Nike Hyperdunk in 2008. Sneaker collectors can also revisit the legendary Nike x Off-White “The Ten” collection, while fans of the Swoosh can check out the latest Nike Caitlin 1 “Racer Blue” release.
