UEFA 2024 Champions League Round of 16: Atletico Madrid vs Inter Highlights

Civitas Metropolitan Stadium in Madrid was bustling with energy for leg 2 of the UEFA Champions League Round of 16. Diego Simeone always gets his guys ready for games like this. Atletico Madrid came into this one 1-0 in aggregate against Inter. They went down 1-0 in this one in the 33′ minute but the always clutch Antoine Griezmann scored one in the 35′ minute to give them some hope.

Memphis Depay came in from the bench and brought the energy they needed scoring the aggregate equalizer in the 87′ minute. The fans were going nuts and you could feel the momentum shifting toward Atletico. The game went into extra time and eventually, penalty kicks where Jan Oblak delivered for his team making critical stops helping Atletico Madrid advance to the quarter-finals.
