UFC 303: Pereira vs Procházka Preview + Odds
UFC 303 is stacked.
Dana White did an excellent job rearranging the fights for UFC 303. Originally, Conor McGregor was scheduled to fight Michael Chandler but pulled out due to a foot injury. Alex Pereira will fight Jiří Procházka in the main event for the Light Heavyweight championship. Pereira is on a 3-fight winning streak, and he’s on an unbelievable run. Jiří struggled against Pereira in their first match last year, but the line is really close for this one, so there’s a chance he might pull the upset to win the belt.
The co-main event will see an upcoming superstar, Diego Lopes, take on the dangerous Brian Ortega. Brian missed weight by a lot, so the fight has been moved to the lightweight division (155 pounds). Diego is very skilled and has the potential to win the championship, but every time you fight Brian, you are at risk of getting choked or submissed. This is a great matchup and we feel Diego will prevail and get his shot at the championship.
Another standout card is Ian Machado Garry, who is against UFC newcomer Michael Page. Ian is ranked #7 and so skilled, but Michael Page looked impressive in his debut. This is a great fight to open the stacked card, and Page comes into this one as a slight underdog.
This one will be entertaining, and all the odds are tight. Check out the odds and preview below.
